A seaside agriturismo in Tuscany

Villa Santa Giulia is located in the Upper Maremma of Tuscany, just inland from the Tyrrhenian coast stretching between Piombino and Punta Ala, overlooking the beautiful Island of Elba.

The villa is only 800 metres from Torre Mozza Beach, renowned for its fine sand and natural dunes, within the protected environment of the Sterpaia Coastal Nature Park.

In the heart of the Tuscan Maremma countryside

Villa Santa Giulia is surrounded by a two-hectare private park, home to centuries-old holm oaks, oak trees and pine trees, together with dwarf palms, mimosa and bay laurels. Thanks to its unique microclimate, the estate also supports ferns, agaves and aloe plants. The park and the villa have evolved naturally over time, while the majestic mature trees reflect the landscaping styles of the periods in which they were planted.

Behind the villa, rolling hills covered with olive groves and Mediterranean scrub extend inland towards the medieval towns of Monterotondo Marittimo and Massa Marittima, embracing the Val di Cornia and the Montioni Natural Park.
